This weekend is the funeral for our dear brother and colleague Leo, who spent 35 years working towards the translation of the New Testament into his language, Yambetta. He saw the New Testament dedicated and made available his community in 2017 (you may remember my sharing about that at the time).
Here is some more information on Leo:

He made a great impact during his life, and will be missed. Please join me in praying for his family during this time.
Blessings,
Kevin
Kevin, Jann, and all~. So sorry for the loss of your friend; a true man of God. He is in Jesus’ arms now and will forever be an inspiration. Love to all and God’s blessings to you all. Stay safe and Merry CHRISTmas. Love, Dan, Kathy, and family.
Thanks. He was an amazing guy – I should post about him sometime. He walked in from the village in 1979 because he heard we were doing Bible translation, and he kept at it for nearly 30 years until his people had the Word of God. I hope that you have a wonderful Christmas as well!
