Train derailment in Cameroon

A derailed train is seen in Eseka, Cameroon, Oct. 21, 2016.

Cameroon is in mourning for a horrible train accident on Friday, October 21, 2016 on the Yaoundé-Douala line in Eseka. Reports speak of 55 deaths and nearly 600 wounded. The train derailment — following a road collapse earlier that morning — has left the two largest cities in Cameroon, Douala and Yaoundé, effectively cut off from each other by road and by rail. Please pray for those who have lost loved ones, for those suffering with injuries, for those stranded, for government officials as they seek solutions, and for the people of Cameroon.
